Simply browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email after payment is processed.

Yes! All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway and other trusted providers. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at info@landandseadelivery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.

We don't yet ship worldwide, only the US!
If you live within a 20 mile radius from Chicago's O'Hare Airport, we are happy to hand deliver your product within 24 hours of ordering! Not seeing your zip code in our local delivery area? Drop us a line and we can check to see if we can still deliver to you. All orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 4pm CST will be delivered next day. Any order placed after 4pm will be fulfilled the following business day and shipped/delivered the day after that.

Not local to Chicago? No problem! We will pack and ship your products overnight straight to your doorstep and send you tracking information so you can ensure you or someone else is home to accept delivery of our FRESH beef and seafood items. All orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 4pm CST will be delivered next day. Any order placed after 4pm will be fulfilled the following business day and shipped/delivered the day after that.

Since all of our products are FRESH, they are highly perishable and treated as such. We require all items to be placed into the refrigerator upon delivery and enjoyed within 7 days of receiving them. Our beef is cryovac sealed and will freeze nicely. We do NOT recommend freezing our fresh seafood as it is meant to be enjoyed immediately to maximize the amazing flavor and nutrition as nature intended!

We recommend someone be available to receive your order, as our products are perishable. If no one is home, we may leave the package at a designated location, and you assume responsibility for its condition.

You can purchase a gift card directly from our Gift Card page (hyperlink). Simply choose the amount, enter the recipient’s email, add your message, and check out as normal.

The gift card will be delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address with your message and instructions on how to redeem it.
