Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding delivery times, shipping fees, and order processing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Delivery Area

We ship across the US.  

2. Delivery Timeframes

All orders placed Monday-Friday prior to 4pm CST will be delivered the next day. Any order placed after 4pm will be fulfilled the following business day and shipped/delivered the day after that. Delivery times may vary based on weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

3. Shipping Fees

- Standard Delivery: Rates shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.  

- Free Delivery: Available for orders over $100 and within 25 miles radius of us.  

Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.  

4. Handling and Packaging 

We take food safety seriously. All orders are packed with insulated materials to maintain freshness during transit. Land & Sea Delivery is not responsible for your package after it has reached its destination. Please ensure you refrigerate the product immediately upon delivery.

5. Receiving Your Order

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST.  

Someone must be available to receive perishable items upon delivery. If no one is available, we may leave the package at the designated location, and you assume responsibility for its condition.  

If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them at checkout.  

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at info@landandseadelivery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.  

7. Changes to Your Order

If you need to modify your delivery details, please reach out before your order is processed. Once the order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
